New Clients: Please contact our Admin Staff to receive a welcome packet including a Tax Organizer, Engagement Letter and “What Documents Should I Gather” checklist, that we can send to you via email, mail or you schedule an appointment to pick it up.
New Consultations: Trying to decide? Yes, the first 30 minutes tax return consultation is free, call our Admin Staff to schedule a phone appointment with one of our Tax Preparers. We do not offer the first 30 minutes for business consultations and charge at our current hourly consultation fee.
New Contactless: We use a secure portal for electronic document exchange. For our new clients, we give you access to our Guest Exchange to upload/download documents. Once you have agreed to do business with us, you will have your own secure portal to access.
Curbside: Schedule an appointment so we may meet you car-side in our parking lot to receive your documents. We will be watching for you at your appointment time, or please call upon arrival.
In Office Drop Off Documents/Appointments: We ask that you remain at home if not feeling well and re-schedule.
Phone Appointments (503-619-1040): One of our Tax Preparers would be happy to assist you when you schedule a phone appointment with our Admin Staff to discuss tax questions.
For current clients, if you have received a new letter or document (such as a new IRS letter) please mail, drop it off or upload it to your secure portal. Please do not email sensitive information.
Fax (503.619.1045): Please use a cover sheet that contains your full name and/or business, phone, email, a brief description, with the number of pages, so we may identify you and be in touch. Please call ahead so we may expect your fax and confirm receipt.
Email (adminstaff@accountaxoforegon.com): If we haven’t responded within 2 business days please call to confirm we have received your email. Your Tax Preparer communicates largely via email.
Mail (8255 SW Hunziker Rd Suite 101 Tigard OR 97223): Please call a few days after sending it to confirm we have received your documents.
