Good morning to all!
This Tax season has shown us some great opportunities for improvement. As we attempted to implement some of those opportunities we had a small Snafu! Our Email system and some other important systems we locked out. Our IT team has been working on it. We understand this may cause some frustration. We appreciate your patience and your help. If you have already made an appointment for January please call us to confirm your appointment. I don’t want to double book any one.
What we know:
-The system were NOT hacked.
-All private information was stored in our back ups.
-Our email stopped working on December 4th and now relaunched on December 14th. All emails sent during that time were not received by our staff.
-The Server is being upgraded.
-We will be ready for regular business within the next couple of days.
As a reminder the office will be closed starting Friday December 21, 2018 and will reopen on January 2, 2019. Please look for your organizers in mid January 2019 followed by a phone call as a reminder to look for it.
